At BowsBoutiques, we want you to love your new style, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments remain unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
